Commercial cases are debt collection cases.  If you think about all litigation is about debt collection.  To distinguish Commercial from Business disputes, Commercial cases or debt collection cases typically refer to a class of cases in which the liability for the amount at issue is not substantially in doubt and there has been a failure on the part of the debtor to pay a bill or other obligation due to professed inability to pay or unwillingness to pay.  See our Commercial page for more details.
